Flame Proof Motor W21Xd is an explosion-proof motor especially designed to operate in environments with the presence of explosive atmospheres. It has robust construction, a flame retention system with gaps between the parts carefully designed, accurate machining on the terminal box and screws with high mechanical strength. It meets the requirements of explosive atmospheres like Zone 1 and Zone 2, the W21Xd comply with the efficiency level, specified by IEC 60034-30-1, and with the scope of the European Regulation (when driven by frequency inverters).
